Subject to these Terms and any license key or purchase terms provided with the product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the GUIFormat software for your internal, personal, or business purposes as permitted by the specific license you obtained.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GUIFormat is operated, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless you and we agree to an alternative dispute resolution method.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the site or via other communications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with any license agreements and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GUIFormat regarding the Services.
